Following a bench trial, defendant Robert Barry was found guilty of two counts of aggravated battery and sentenced to serve a 30-month probation conditioned upon periodic imprisonment. Following a hearing, the court granted defendant’s post-conviction motion. The State appeals from the order of the circuit court of Cook County which granted defendant’s post-conviction motion for a new trial based on ineffective assistance of counsel. We affirm.
