Affirming.
This action between adjoining landowners involves tbe title to about three acres of land. Tbe controversy revolves around tbe location of a division line between tbe farms. Frank Brandenburg filed tbe suit and obtained an injunction against tbe appellants to prevent them from building a fence on tbe land claimed by him. Tbe answer presented an issue as to tbe title of tbe plaintiff, and both parties claimed to be in possession of tbe disputed boundary.
