BUTLER, Chief Judge.
Plaintiffs, soldiers stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, brought this action for a declaratory judgment and a preliminary and permanent injunction against action taken by the defendants, Stanley R. Resor, Secretary of the Army, and Lt. General John J. Tolson, Commanding General of Fort Bragg, North Carolina, under allegedly unconstitutional military regulations which plaintiffs allege deprived them of First Amendment rights secured by the Constitution of the United States.
