Plaintiff appeals from an order dismissing his bill of complaint filed in the circuit court for Wayne county in chancery, on motions made by the defendants. Under such circumstances all well-pleaded material allegations of fact in the bill of complaint must be taken as' true.

The plaintiff Wright and the defendant Dali are residents of Detroit. The defendant Houdaille-Hershey Corporation is a Michigan corporation with its place of business in Detroit.
