This is Adam Norcross’s direct appeal from his convictions for the murder of Kenneth Warren. Norcross contends that the trial court erred in several evidentiary rulings, including its denial of his motion to suppress the statement he gave to the police. He also argues that the victim impact evidence and the State’s closing argument unfairly prejudiced him at the penalty hearing.
