OPINION

ANDREWS, District Court Judge.

Paul Staael was convicted of attempted murder in the first degree and sentenced to a ten-year prison term. He was released on mandatory parole after serving his entire term less good time, and was subject to parole conditions. Following his release, Staael violated two of the standard parole conditions, and his parole was revoked. He filed an application for post-conviction relief which the trial court granted, finding that 1) he should have been granted a hearing on the special conditions of parole, 2) that parole was unlawfully revoked, and 3) that…
