MANTON, Circuit Judge.

This suit is for infringement of a patent granted to Ensign on August 26, 1924, on an application filed September 30, 1916, for a carburetor. The carburetor is used for mixing liquid fuel and air in proper proportions to provide combustible mixture for use in the engine cylinders. By the reciprocation of the piston cylinders, a stream of air is drawn through the carburetor and creates a suction.
