Pending before this Court is Defendants William Alicea-Perez, Sandra E. Rivera-Santos, Jorge Santos, and Lisandra Maldonado-Acevedo’s motion to dismiss (Docket # 17), and Plaintiff Gladys Marrero-Saez’s opposition thereto (Docket # 20).
