The validity of the judgment from which plaintiff has appealed to this Court depends upon whether or not she has paid the note executed by D. C. Creeob, payable to L. E. "Worthington and due on 1 November, 1920. This is one of a series of seven notes secured in a mortgage executed by D. C. Creech to L. E. Worthington for the balance due by him upon the purchase price for the land described therein; plaintiff is now the owner of said land, having acquired title thereto by the deed of D. O.
