Charged with one Cynthia Caraway in a two count indictment 1 with violation of See. 2591(a) and Sec. 2593(a), sub-chapter C, Marihuana, 26 U.S.C.A., and found guilty and sentenced on both counts, defendant Lee Siglar appealed.
