This was an action of forcible entry and detainer. It is brought to this court by an appeal from the judgment of the circuit court for Multnomah county, affirming the judgment of the justice’s court for Morrison precinct, and giving judgment in favor of plaintiff for restitution of the premises described in the complaint, and for the sum of one thousand eight hundred and twenty dollars for the use and occupation of the same.
