CRIMINAL LAW – EXPERT TESTIMONY – LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER TESTIFYING AS EXPERT ON GANGS The circuit court did not abuse its discretion in allowing a correctional officer lieutenant to testify as an expert in gangs.
