Mississippi River Fuel Corporation (Mississippi) operates a natural gas pipeline from Louisiana to the St. Louis region. We have for review1 ***orders of the Federal Power Commission issued April 18, 1962 and June 15, 1962 2 which reallocated Mississippi’s capacity between its direct industrial customers and its public utility customers.
