The plaintiff, Rosarme Lucisano, appeals from the judgment of the trial court granting the motion filed by the defendants, Richard J. Bisson, Jeffrey J. Bisson and Cheshire Dental Associates, P.C., to dismiss her action alleging dental malpractice, failure to obtain informed consent to a surgical procedure and vicarious liability.
