[¿Defendant, Alfred Christophe, appeals his convictions for two counts of first degree vehicular negligent injuring, a felony, and one count of vehicular negligent injuring, a misdemeanor, arising out of an April 7, 2011 vehicular accident he was involved in. On appeal, defendant argues that the evidence was insufficient to establish one of the elements of these crimes — that he was under the influence of alcoholic beverages at the time of the accident.
