The defendant, Dartanian D. Hoskins, pled guilty to two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. One count was based on possession of at least 15 to less than 100 grams of a substance containing cocaine. The other count was based on possession of at least 100 to less than 400 grams of a substance containing cocaine. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 56½, pars. 1401(a)(2)(A), (a)(2)(B).)
