This cause comes before the Court after a Trial on the Plaintiffs Complaint to De termine Dischargeability. For her complaint, the Plaintiff relies on 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6) which excepts from discharge any debt arising as the result of a “willful and malicious” injury caused by the debt- or. Also heard at the time of the Trial were matters related to the Defendant’s Motion for Sanctions.
