ELDON E. FALLON, District Judge.

James Harold Moore, Jr. was a State Farm insurance agent for approximately twenty-five years. But Mr. Moore’s relationship with State Farm began to sour several years ago, and has since sprawled into a number of lawsuits in courts around the country. The continuing addition of parties to the instant litigation has caused the cases in this District to travel between no fewer than four Sections in the past four years.
