Before: Cynar, P.J., and D. F. Walsh and D. E. Holbrook, Jr., JJ. Per Curiam.

This case is before us on remand from the Supreme Court for further consideration in light of Powers v DAIIE, 427 Mich 602; 398 NW2d 411 (1986). Also on remand, this Court is requested to further consider defendant’s argument concerning double stacking.
