Reversing.

The county board of education of Daviess county submitted its budget to the fiscal court of the county, with the request that a levy be made by that court sufficient to take care of the budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1,1927. The fiscal court could not raise the amount of money requested by the board of education without imposing a levy of more than 50 cents on the $100 for that purpose.
