Chief Justice CASTILLE.

Seifullah Abdul-Salaam (“appellant”), who is represented by the Federal Community Defender of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, 1 purports to appeal from a “Praecipe for Entry of Adverse Order Denying and Dismissing Petitioner/Appellant’s Third Protective Petition for Habeas Corpus Relief’ that he filed at the same time he filed a Notice of Appeal from his praecipe. The appeal is interlocutory and we therefore quash it.
