Ricardo Tirado-Tirado (“Tirado-Tirado”) was convicted of encouraging and inducing Rodrigo Garay-Ramirez (“GarayRamirez”), an alien, to enter the United States with knowledge or reckless disregard of the fact that such entry was unlawful in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(A).
