Paul Weachter, bail bondsman to Ricky Lynn Hann, appeals from the order entered March 21, 2014, in the Fulton County Court of Common Pleas, granting the Commonwealth’s petition for bail forfeiture. 1 Weachter posted a $100,000 bail bond for Hann’s release on February 19, 2011. The next day, Hann killed his girlfriend and himself.
