The appellee, Edward Doyle, filed his bill in this case in the circuit court of Cook county against the appellant^ John Robson, for a discovery in aid of two suits brought by the appellee for the use of himself and the county of Cook, against appellant, to recover penalties imposed by the statute for gambling, and other like suits which appellee intended to bring as soon as he could ascertain the facts to base them on.
