This is an action to recover from an insurance company for the damages done to buildings and household goods by a windstorm, where the application for insurance made by plaintiff had been rejected by the company nearly a month before the storm, but the local agent had not notified the'plaintiff of its rejection, and the question is, was the property, under these circumstances, insured?
