— In an action to recover damages based on malicious prosecution and the intentional infliction of emotional distress, the plaintiff appeals (1) from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Burstein, J.), dated June 4, 1987, as granted the defendants’ motion to dismiss her second cause of action pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (7), and (2) from an order of the same court dated October 1, 1987, which granted the defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the plaintiff’s first cause of action.
