The Pennsylvania Railroad Company as lessee, operates as a part of its system,, the line known as the Northern Cen*62tral Railway. The Baltimore division of this extends from Baltimore to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, lying thus in two States. Through traffic over this is accordingly interstate traffic.
