The Pennsylvania State Corrections Officers Association petitions for review of an adjudication of the State Civil Service Commission directing the Department of Corrections to calculate the seniority rights of Dennis N. Jenkins, Sr. in accordance with the seniority provisions of the State Civil Service Act, Act of August 5, 1941, P.L. 752, as amended, 71 P.S. §§ 741.1 — 741.1005 (Civil Service Act).
