Rose E. Barr (petitioner) has appealed from an order of the Department of Public Welfare (Department) which affirmed the decision of the Blair County *213Assistance Office (CAO) denying petitioner an increase in public assistance for ber second unborn child. We affirm.

Pursuant to Department regulations, the CAO granted petitioner, an increase in her public assistance allowance upon verification of her pregnancy. On March 26, 1980, petitioner notified the CAO that she was expecting twin children and requested a further increase in her Aid to Families with Dependent Children…
