Tlie relator asks a peremptory writ of mandamus requiring tlie respondent, one of tlie district judges of Douglas county, to fix a reasonable amount as a supersedeas bond on an order entered in an action pending in the district court of that county, dissolving what is claimed to be a temporary order of injunction. The writ is entitled “The Plattsmouth Telephone Company v. The City of South Omaha, its Mayor, A. B. Kelley, its Chief of Police, *842Miles Mitchell, and its Street Commissioner, Frank Clark.
