MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
BABCOCK, Chief Judge.
These cases, consolidated for the purpose of determining the disposition of certain sensitive discovery materials, arose out of the tragedy that occurred at Columbine High School on April 20, 1999. Brian E. Rohr-bough and others brought Civil Case No. 00-B-808 (the “Rohrbough Case”) against Wayne and Kathy Harris (“Harasses”) and Tom and Sue Klebold (“Klebolds”), parents of the gunmen, and other defendants.
