The defendant appeals from an order denying its motion for a new trial.
The case concerns the ownership of a parcel of land in the city of Long Beach situated on the sand beach above the line of ordinary high tide, and between that line and a bluff a few hundred feet north of it, near the ocean front. Two main questions are presented by the appellant in opposition to the claims of the plaintiff.
