The defendant in error was given judgment against the city of Chicago, in the sum of $5,000, for damages caused to property on the southwest corner of Clark street and Twenty-First street by the vacation of the latter street where crossed by the tracks of the Lake Shore & Michigan Southern and the Chicago, Bock Island & Pacific Railway Companies.
