Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Tsoucalas, J.), rendered May 15,1981, convicting him of sodomy in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree (two counts), unlawful imprisonment in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, on the law and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and new trial ordered.
