MEMORANDUM OPINION
JEFFERY A. DELLER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This adversary proceeding includes the Debtors’ challenge of the lien position of defendant CIT Consumer Group (“CIT”). On September 9, 2008, this Court denied CIT’s motion to dismiss, and thereafter CIT filed a motion for leave to take an interlocutory appeal of this Court’s order to the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
