| Appellants Tiffany and Christopher Pressler bring this appeal from the decision of the Arkansas Public Service Commission (PSC or the Commission) dismissing their complaint against appellee Entergy Arkansas, Inc., wherein the Presslers contended Entergy overcharged them approximately $1700 for electric service at the residence they constructed between August 2006 and February 2009.
