This is an action for libel brought by appelle'e against appellant.

The Western Union' Telegraph Company is a corporation operating its wires broadcast throughout the United States and elsewhere, transporting commercial as well as private messages for pay, with offices, operators, and everything necessary to receive, transmit, and deliver such messages. One of said offices so equipped is in Seguin, Tex., where appellee was the manager and operator, and required to handle appellant’s business, receive money, and make reports to officers of the company at Dallas of the business handled by her.…
