During the administration of the above estate in the superior court of Marin County, that court on November 7, 1911, made an order directing publication of notice to creditors.
On December 2, 1911, the petitioner, as executor, commenced the publication of said notice in the Marin County Tocsin, a newspaper published in Marin County.
