FOR THE COURT:

¶ 1. Pursuant to the Mississippi Uniform Controlled Substances Law, the Rankin County Circuit Court affirmed the forfeiture of Darryl Bobo’s 2006 Ford 500 and his $137,325 in United States currency. See Miss. Code Ann. § 41-29-153 (Rev. 2013). On appeal from the circuit court’s judgment, Bobo asserts the following issues: (1) whether his attorney provided ineffective assistance of counsel; (2) whether the State unreasonably extended the traffic stop and unlawfully seized his property; (3) whether substantial evidence supported the forfeiture of his property; and (4)…
