¶ 1. Kirby Donovan Dies is before this Court on appeal of his conviction for possession of cocaine in the Lowndes County Circuit Court. He was sentenced to serve eight years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, and pay a $50,000 fine as habitual offender.
