Before the Court are four motions by defendant Bisso Marine Company, Inc.: (1) a Motion for Summary Judgment as to Plaintiffs Alleged Seaman Status; (2) a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment as to Plaintiffs Claim for Unseaworthiness; (3) a Motion for Summary Judgment as to Plaintiffs Accident of December 2000; and (4) a Motion for Summary Judgment as to Plaintiffs accidents in 1992 and 1993.
