The appellant, Charles Kirch, administrator of the estate of Amelia Pavlovich, deceased, contends that the court’s findings and conclusions, on which judgment was entered denying admission to probate of the instrument in question, are contrary to- the great weight and clear preponderance of the evidence, which clearly establishes that Peter Kesich was competent on April 6, 1942, to make a will and execute the instrument in question as such on that day; and that it was not procured by undue influence.
