On April 13,1982, Chester B. Salomon, as Trustee of the Estate of Black and Geddes, Inc. (the “Trustee”) in this case under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, 1 commenced an adversary proceeding against Cory Luzar, individually and d/b/a ARI Services (“Luzar”).
