In answering the two complaints served in the adversary proceedings commenced by Harold Young, the Trustee (“Trustee”) of this Chapter 7 debtor, Paula Saker & Co., Inc. (“Paula Saker”), several of the defendants demanded, pursuant to Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9015 (“Bankruptcy Rules”), a jury trial in these preference actions.
