— Herbert IT. Pape, Inc., a Florida Corporation, commenced an action in the Circuit Court for Dade County against Henry C. Finch and Millicent M. Finch as partners doing business under the firm name of Broad Albin Storage Company.

The action was based upon a promissory note for the sum of seventeen thousand five hundred dollars payable on or before one year after date with interest at the rate of eight per cent, per annum from date, dated at Miami, Florida, on October 12, 1925, and was signed by Broad Albin Storage Company by Henry C. Finch, President, Millicent M. Finch, Secretary, and…
