Hoch, J.:

This is primarily an appeal from an order admitting a will to probate.

B. J. Pallister, the testator, was a resident of Rice county. In 1941 he was united in marriage to Ina T. Savage. On May 28, 1942, he executed the instrument in question. About two weeks later, on June 14, he died at the age of seventy-two, leaving as his heirs at law his widow, Ina T. Pallister, the appellee here, and five grown sons and daughters, the appellants. After the will was offered for probate the three sons and two daughters filed a petition in opposition.…
