Action by the appellee, against the appellant, for work and labor, and materials furnished, in the construction of a bridge. Issue, trial, verdict and judgment for the plaintiff.
The appellant has assigned the following errors :
“ 1st. The court below erred in not granting a new trial to the appellant, for the reason assigned that the evidence did not sustain the verdict of the jury ;
