— The plaintiff, being the owner of land within the boundaries of Otis Orchards Irrigation District No. 1, brought this action to have certain assessments for the operation and maintenance of the irrigation system declared null and void. The action was tried to the court without a jury, and resulted in a judgment of dismissal. From this judgment, the plaintiff appeals.
