LANE, Judge.

This is an appeal from the decision of the Board of Patent Interferences *917awarding priority of invention of the subject matter of the three counts in interference to the junior party Nordine. The senior party, Stencel et al. (Stencel), is involved on U. S. Patent No. 3,281,098 which issued October 25, 1966, on application Serial No. 439,568 filed March 15, 1965. Nordine is involved on application Serial No. 470,111 filed July 7, 1965, as a joint invention of Nordine and another, later converted to the sole inventorship of Nordine.
