OPINION AND ORDER Before the Court are plaintiff M30 Brands, LLC’s (“M30”) and defendant Riceland Foods, Inc.’s (“Riceland”) cross motions for summary judgment. For the reasons below, M30’s motion is DENIED and Riceland’s GRANTED IN PART. I. BACKGROUND M30 sues Riceland under The Puerto Rico Dealer’s Act of 1964 (“Law 75”). See 10 L.P.R.A. § 278.
